Sessions are $175.00 for the standard 50-minute “counseling hour.” Should a session run longer than the 50-minute time frame, the cost is adjusted accordingly.
I accept United Healthcare PPO plans except those administered by UMR or Surest. I am out-of-network with all other insurance providers.
No, marriage / relationship counseling is not covered by insurance.
Yes! I can easily provide a Superbill upon request. The Superbill will contain your mental health disorder diagnosis code and the appropriate CPT code so you can submit for reimbursement with your insurance provider.

Consumers have the right to:
• Request access to their health records from the licensee
• Contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC)
• File a consumer complaint with the Office of Attorney General's Consumer Protection webpage
Requesting Your Health Care Records
To request your records, please submit a written request to the practice directly. Requests may be made via email, secure client portal, or in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations.
